Is there a contract for senior internet plans?

The only condition is that customers who cancel within the first 30 days are billed the $90 installation fee.

Can I keep my phone number if I switch to Fiberlinx?

Yes — you can absolutely keep the same phone number you've had for years. If you add home phone service to your Fiberlinx plan ($10/month extra), we handle the entire number transfer (called a “port”) for you. You won't need to notify everyone of a new number — your existing number simply moves over to Fiberlinx. The transfer typically takes a few business days and we will guide you through the whole process so there's no interruption to your service.

What internet speed do I need for video calling my family?
