I switched to Fiberlinx and saved over $100/month. I dealt with two customer service ladies, Shannon and Joleen, and they were exceptional! Supportive, patient, knowledgeable and understanding. Joleen was so helpful in helping me set up some equipment. A wonderful customer service experience!

I just recently switched to Fiberlinx and had a tech visit within 1 hour. Even though the issue was not resolved immediately, Andrew came to my house at 10pm and fixed it the same day. I truly appreciate all he did. Great customer service!

The customer service is exemplary. They answer all questions, are pleasant to speak with, and they know what they are doing. They even recognized my number a couple of times and called me by name when they answered.
